1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Spanish Conjugation Training at spanishconjugationtraining.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

2. Description of Service

Spanish Conjugation Training is a web-based application for learning and practicing Spanish verb conjugations. The service is provided by Christopher Young, Tophomatic Design Services, New York, USA.

3. Account Tiers

• →Guest — free access to a 5-verb preview with no account required
• →Basic — free access to 51 verbs and 3 tenses with a Google account
• →Premium — paid subscription providing access to all 1,750 built-in verbs, all 12 tenses, and custom verbs

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium access is available via a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing you agree to the following:

• →Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• →Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled
• →You may cancel your subscription at any time via your profile page
• →Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

5. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, contact us at design@tophomaticdesign.com within 48 hours of your purchase. Refund requests made after 48 hours will not be honored. Refunds are not available for renewal charges.

6. User Accounts

• →You must sign in with a valid Google account to access Basic or Premium features
• →You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• →You may not share your account with others
• →We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• →Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• →Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
• →Use automated tools to access the service
• →Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of Spanish Conjugation Training is the property of Christopher Young, Tophomatic Design Services. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that conjugations will always be accurate. We are not responsible for any errors in the linguistic content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tophomatic Design Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
